About

Meet Marisa, Founder of The Play Haven LLC.

Marisa is an Elementary Educator and Reading Specialist, but it wasn’t until she became a parent that her perspective truly shifted. Inspired by her son’s love for messy and sensory play, she realized the need for somewhere where young children can explore, get messy, and learn through play together. The heart behind The Play Haven is Marisa’s hope to bring caregivers and young children together to a place where they can connect, be playful, and have hands-on experiences, creating a space where everyone feels welcomed.
